Barrier Seals

This range comprises cable and bolt seals, which are used primarily for securing shipping containers and vehicle doors during international transit.
The AluLock cable seal has a self-locking design, and is available with diameters of 2.0, 2.5 and 4.0mm (0.07in, 0.09in, 0.15in) and in variable lengths.
- the standard is 300mm (12in). The design conforms to Class II of UK customers requirements, which has a minimum breaking strain of 250kg (550lb). The 2.5mm (0.09in) diameter seal has a breaking strain of approximately 750kg (1,650lb).
All cables are non pre-formed, which means the individual strands will splay when cut, preventing it from being rejoined - this enhances the security integrity. The aluminium body is anodised and available in a range of standard colours. Customer name and a sequential serial number can be laser printed on the seal's body.
UnoLock is a bolt seal produced by Abric, and it conforms to Class I of UK customs requirements, i.e. a minimum breaking strain of 1,000kg (2,200lb). The seal comprises a plastic coated, high quality, forged steel pin and a heavy duty, styrene barrel; each component has a matching, unique serial number.
